Luke 21:10-19 GNB
He went on to say, "Countries will fight each other; kingdoms will attack one another. (11) There will be terrible earthquakes, famines, and plagues everywhere; there will be strange and terrifying things coming from the sky. (12) Before all these things take place, however, you will be arrested and persecuted; you will be handed over to be tried in synagogues and be put in prison; you will be brought before kings and rulers for my sake. (13) This will be your chance to tell the Good News. (14) Make up your minds ahead of time not to worry about how you will defend yourselves, (15) because I will give you such words and wisdom that none of your enemies will be able to refute or contradict what you say. (16) You will be handed over by your parents, your brothers, your relatives, and your friends; and some of you will be put to death. (17) Everyone will hate you because of me. (18) But not a single hair from your heads will be lost. (19) Stand firm, and you will save yourselves.
Luke 21:10-19 CEV
Nations will go to war against one another, and kingdoms will attack each other. (11) There will be great earthquakes, and in many places people will starve to death and suffer terrible diseases. All sorts of frightening things will be seen in the sky. (12) Before all this happens, you will be arrested and punished. You will be tried in your meeting places and put in jail. Because of me you will be placed on trial before kings and governors. (13) But this will be your chance to tell about your faith. (14) Don't worry about what you will say to defend yourselves. (15) I will give you the wisdom to know what to say. None of your enemies will be able to oppose you or to say that you are wrong. (16) You will be betrayed by your own parents, brothers, family, and friends. Some of you will even be killed. (17) Because of me, you will be hated by everyone. (18) But don't worry! (19) You will be saved by being faithful to me.
Luke 21:10-19 MWT
10 Then he went on to say to them: “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; 11 and there will be great earthquakes, and in one place after another pestilences and food shortages; and there will be fearful sights and from heaven great signs. 12 “But before all these things people will lay their hands upon you and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons, you being haled before kings and governors for the sake of my name. 13 It will turn out to you for a witness. 14 Therefore settle it in your hearts not to rehearse beforehand how to make your defense, 15 for I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your opposers together will not be able to resist or dispute. 16 Moreover, you will be delivered up even by parents and brothers and relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death; 17 and you will be objects of hatred by all people because of my name. 18 And yet not a hair of your heads will by any means perish. 19 By endurance on your part you will acquire your souls.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
